MENTOR+ MASTERCLASSES
Mentors need continuous development and reflection on their mentoring practice to increase their awareness and skills in the mentor role. Our Mentor+ Masterclasses are uniquely designed for mentors, and each masterclass focuses on developing the mentor's skills within one specific topic.
Each Mentor+ Masterclass will provide:
- One or more new tools/approaches for being an effective mentor.
- Social learning - reflecting on own mentor practice and use of the new tool(s) with the other participants.
- Reflective space for gaining more self-awareness in the mentor role.
Mentor+ Masterclasses can be applied as a stand-alone activity for mentors or for leaders who would like to increase their skills for developing their direct reports, or the masterclasses can be integrated into a mentoring programme to increase the quality and outcome of the programme.
Mentor+ Masterclass: Harnessing Personal Values
Every individual has a unique set of personal values, which helps them to understand who they are and what motivates them. This masterclass provides insight into understanding and identifying values and how to apply this learning with your own mentees and direct reports.
