Giving back through mentoring
Synapse - Life Science Connect
Since 2017, I have supported the Synapse Mentoring Programme on a pro bono basis by facilitating their kick-off session and training mentors and mentees with the Mentor+Game™.
The programme brings together professionals and students within the life science sector, helping participants build meaningful mentoring relationships, strengthen their professional development and supporting their career decisions.
