WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE MENTORING JOURNEY

Building engagement, learning and community from start to finish

Successful mentoring programmes require both a strong start and ongoing support. Lasting impact is created when participants are supported throughout the mentoring journey with opportunities to learn, reflect, connect and grow.

By bringing mentors and mentees together, organisations create a mentoring community where participants share experiences, learn from one another, build meaningful relationships and maintain momentum throughout the programme. The relationships and networks established often continue to create value long after the programme has ended.

Workshops mentors and mentees

The Mentor+™ Kick-off and Workshops are designed to strengthen learning, deepen mentoring conversations and maintain engagement throughout the programme. Through facilitated dialogue, practical tools and shared reflection, participants gain new insights, develop their mentoring skills, learn from the experiences of others and strengthen their connection to the wider mentoring community.

A key learning tool throughout the workshops is the Mentor+Game™, based on the Mentor’s Many Roles. The game helps mentors and mentees explore different mentoring situations, reflect on expectations and identify which mentor roles can best support learning, development and progress.
