- Defining mentoring and its important in leadership.
- Differentiating between leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
- Research about what motivates and engages the younger generations.
- Characteristics of the Networker, the Door Opener, and the Sponsor roles.
- Ethical considerations when using these roles as leaders and mentors.
- How these roles can promote diversity.
Additionally, you will have time to discuss with the other participants and start developing your own action plan for applying your learning in your leadership roles.
