Malmö University
Malmö University has an international focus; more than 240 exchange agreements with universities all over the world and more than a third of the students have an international background. It was on the top of the agenda at Malmö University to increase the integration and the exchange between business, education, and research. Therefore, the university established a career mentoring programme to ease this transition from being a student to a professional.

Aalborg University
The International Business Centre Office (IBCO) at Aalborg University is running a mentoring programme for Masters Students at Department of Business and Management. The mentoring programme works partly as an initiative for getting Masters Students faster in jobs, and partly as an initiative to retain the international students in Denmark.

IDA - Danish Association of Engineers
IDA - The Danish Society of Engineers offers their members to become part of their mentoring programme IDA Mentor. Members share knowledge with each other through the programme and get the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. In this way, IDA gets to emphasize their slogan: Knowledge that strenghtens.

The University of Oslo
Studies show that despite an increase in number of female students at the University of Oslo, there are still more male professors employed in the university's research positions. Each year, KMP+ House of Mentoring tailors a unique mentoring programme for the Equality Committee, which has led to several positive effects among programme participants.

Venture Cup Denmark
Venture Cup Denmark wants to be the connecting link between the university students and the business community. In 2019, they matched a total of 72 start-ups with 124 mentors from the business community in their mentoring programme. The mentoring programme is a development programme where entrepreneurs from the universities have an opportunity to get a professional mentor who can support them in their start-up process.
