Processing of your order

Once we have received you order, you will within 1-3 working days receive an order confirmation from us. If you gave not heard from us after 3 working days, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.

Shipping
From DKK 60,- excl. VAT – we only ship to private or business addresses.

Some places are not possible for us to support, we only ship to EU, Iceland, Norway, UK, Switzerland and USA. Please contact us if you are in doubt whether we deliver to a specific country.

Orders in Denmark are delivered through PostNord, to the rest of the world orders are delivered through the cheapest shipping company – which may use national delivery companies. International orders (shipment outside of EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order has reached it’s destination country. We do not cover import duties and taxes, and therefore every customer must take responsibility for these potential additional costs.

Payment
Our primary clients are organisations and institutions, but it is also possible for private individuals to order and buy our books. You will receive an electronic invoice together with a confirmation that your order has been sent – the payment terms are net 8 days.
