Order Processing
Once we have received your order via the form below, you will receive an order confirmation from us within 1-3 working days. If you haven’t heard from us after this period, please contact us to ensure we have received your order.

Shipping
Orders within Denmark are shipped via PostNord. For international orders, we use the most cost-effective shipping option, which may involve local delivery partners.

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We only ship to EU, Iceland, Norway, UK, Switzerland and USA. Please contact us if you are in doubt whether we deliver to a specific country.

Shipping prices from DKK 60,- excl. VAT – we only ship to business or private addresses.

For shipments to Norway, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with import, including customs duties, VAT, and any handling and customs clearance fees, with a minimum charge of DKK 150.

Payment
We send an electronic invoice at the same time as we send the books, this must be paid no later than 8 days unless otherwise agreed. Please provide all relevant billing information, including EAN number if you want the invoice sent electronically. An additional fee will be charged if the invoice is incorrect and needs to be amended.
