IML – Institutt for Medskapende Ledelse
We have worked closely with IML (Institutt for Medskapende Ledelse) since 2015 in connection with the delivery of a mentoring programme at the University of Oslo.
We have since expanded our collaboration, and IML is the first external consulting house to become accredited in our Mentor+ concepts and licensed to use our methodology for consulting and training in the area of mentoring.
IML has delivered people and organizational development in Norway since 1997. All their consultants have a solid academic background, and IML shares our passion for learning:

Synapse – Life Science Connect
Since 2017, KMP+ House of Mentoring has facilitated Synapse’s kick-off event by using the engaging and innovative concept Mentor+Game™ to train the mentors and mentees in the skills of modern mentoring. The kick-off event enhances the learning experience of mentors and mentees and ensure that all mentors and mentees within the Synapse Mentoring Programme are provided a common language and tools for their collaboration.
Dansk HRM Forening
Since 2016, KMP+ House of Mentoring has supported Dansk HRM Forening (Danish Association for Human Resource Management) and their annual kick-off event.
At KMP+ House of Mentoring, we want to promote understanding of a professional approach to mentoring. When we train DHRM´s mentors and mentees (the HRM students), they gain greater insight into modern mentoring in a business context. The mentor role becomes more tangible and structured, which helps to increase the both mentors’ and mentees’ motivation, commitment and benefits. At the same time, we help to bring knowledge to companies and organisations about how good mentoring can accelerate learning and development.
Female Board Pool by Maison du Coaching Mentoring et Consulting
The Female Board Pool is an initiative that serves to connect experienced/future female independent directors with companies in Denmark and other European Countries seeking new board members. The Female Board Pool Initiative aims to contribute to a substantial increase in the percentage of competent and committed women on Boards of Directors in Europe.
Since 2019, KMP+ House of mentoring has supported this initiative by providing mentoring workshops at the Governance seminars in Copenhagen.
In collaboration with the nonprofit startup company CareerMentor, KMP+ House of Mentoring will in January 2021, host the first CareerMentor Award. The CareerMentor Award is an annual Danish award ceremony to recognize outstanding mentors in our community. It celebrates mentors for their commitment and willingness to make a difference for others.
KMP+ House of Mentoring contributes with knowledge, helps ensure the quality of the nominations and provides the jury members with a solid foundation for choosing the final award recipient. The CareerMentor Award will be hosted by CareerMentor and KMP+ House of Mentoring will facilitate the event.
