Mentor+Facilitator™ accreditation and licence are for organisations seeking to increase the quality, impact and value of their mentoring programmes in a cost-effective way, KMP+ House of Mentoring accredits internal facilitators to train and deliver your mentoring programmes.
The core of the accreditation is the Mentor+Game™ with the 10 situational mentor roles. Used as the key tool for training mentors and mentees throughout the mentoring programme, it provides continuous learning and development. The Mentor+Game™ is a solid tool that ensures understanding of mentoring and the mentor role while enhancing motivation and ensuring incresed benefits for the participants as well as for the organisation.
With a Mentor+Facilitator accreditation you and your company will have a unique opportunity to tailor your mentoring programme with elements that ensure you reach your goal for the programme. As an accredited facilitator you are free to use the Mentor+Game™ concept in your own mentoring programme.
The Mentor+Facilitator™ accreditation provides you with:
- An introduction to mentoring and mentoring programmes.
- Theory and practice around Mentor’s Many Roles.
- Introduction to the many variations of the Mentor+Game and concrete experience in using the game for training.
- Theory and practice around the facilitator role – group dynamics, the learning process and communication skills.
- An understanding of when and how the card game will be most valuable to apply.
- Tools to train mentors and mentees.
- Access to a digital facilitator toolbox.
- Licence to use our concepts and materials in your own mentoring programmes.
Value for the organisation
As accredited Mentor+Facilitator, you can train your mentors and mentees on your own. The Mentor+ concept makes it possible to design and implement mentoring programmes that support the organisation’s employeer brand and contribute to retention, development and employee attraction. As accredited facilitator you are free to use the Mentor+Game concept in your own organisation. This is a cost-effective and qualitative good solution for organisations, who wants to build internal competencies in managing and facilitating mentoring programmes.
This accreditation is for HR consultants, career consultants and other internal consultants, trainers and facilitators who wish to use the Mentor+Game for training mentors and mentees within the organisation.
External consultants/consulting companies who are interested in our concepts, models and tools are welcome to contact us for a discussion of coorporation opportunities and licensens.

Become an accredited Mentor+Facilitator
The facilitator accreditation together with the facilitator licence will gain you the right to use the Mentor+ concept for training mentor and mentees in your organisation and access to a unique online toolbox.
During the accreditation you will be given presentation of theory, models, techniques and tools, and the work form combines group work, cases and facilitator training exercises, as well as creating the framework for discussion and exchange of experience. Participants receive both theoretical and practical insight into the usage of the Mentor+Game approach and its many aspects, and there will be increased focus on the role of the facilitator.
Register to attend the accreditation course and sign the facilitator licence agreement and the client licence agreement. At this time, you are required to pay the accreditation course tuition and facilitator licence fee.
Attent the 2-day accreditation course, where you will receive an introduction to modern mentoring, to the theory and practice of facilitation, group dynamics and learning processes, as well as gain hands-on practice in facilitating training using the 10 situational mentor roles. Additionally, you will be given access to an online toolbox with facilitator materials that you can use and adapt to your organisation’s training needs.
Purchase physical mentor/mentee materials or user licences for your mentors and mentees giving them access to the online Mentor/Mentee Toolbox with information, inspiration, guidelines and videoes to help them achieve a successful mentoring collaboration.

*The facilitator licence fee must be paid on an annual basis to maintain your right of use to the Mentor+Game, the workshop cards, and access to the online Training Toolbox.
**Workshop cards are on loan from KMP+ House of Mentoring and must be returned, when the licence agreement end.
Please notice that due to the Danish Tax Act we are obliged to charge VAT for events, courses and conferences held in Denmark. This applies to persons and companies within and outside the EU.
