LEARNING
KMP+ House of Mentoring has developed a range of online learning courses providing knowledge and developing skills that enable companies to design and implement successful and professional mentoring programmes.
Our open learning courses are offered as individual online blended solutions and includes self-study, e-learning, individual online live sessions with your KMP+ consultant including debriefing and coaching in relation to facilitating practice sessions. Additionally, we offer these courses as in-house classroom or virtual courses when you would like a tailormade solution for a group of people in your organisation.
Online Training for Programme Managers
The role of the programme manager is to manage the programme and support the mentors and mentees. Many underestimates the planning and expertise required to design, deploy and lead successful mentoring programmes.
Our training for programme managers and the facilitator accreditation course ensure that your mentoring programme is set up for success.
We have designed a three-level training programme, which combine e-learning and online personal coaching sessions. The first two levels will help you plan and design a mentoring programme based on the strategic objectives of your organisation. Level three builds facilitator skills, to facilitate in-house training of your mentors and mentees.
These courses are designed for one individual participant at a time, thus providing individual coaching fully aligned to the needs of the participant and the context for your mentoring programme. If you have two or more participants, the course will be adapted to the actual number of participants.
You can take our online training courses any time and from anywhere.

You receive a thorough introduction to the design and implementation of professional mentoring programmes – and a solid foundation for the success of your mentoring programme.

Online Training for Mentors & Mentees
A primary reason for the failure of mentoring programmes to achieve their intended objective is a lack of introduction and training of mentors and mentees. Lack of training cause uncertainty among the participants about their roles and responsibilities, about how to be good mentors and mentees, and they may lose their motivation for mentoring.
A thorough introduction and training enable the participants – mentors and mentees – to clarify their mutual expectations, to understand the context and the skills needed, and to engage fully in the relationship.
Ongoing mentor/mentee workshops ensure progress, provide a space for sharing experiences and for new inspiration. The Mentor+Facilitator Accreditation provide you with insight, inspiration and tools to design and deliver upfront training and ongoing workshops to provide participants with new tools and inspiration and ensure the success of the mentoring programme.

Virtual training in virtual one2one learning conversations provides mentors, mentees and leaders with the mindset and skills to have more impact and meaningful virtual learning conversations.

An individual, blended learning course for those wishing to increase their mentoring skills – focused on in-house mentors, that is those who will be mentors for mentees from within their own organisation. This course provides the best value, when the mentor has just been matched with a mentee and will have mentoring meetings in between the online learning sessions.

Evaluation of the Mentoring Programme
