Free Best Practice Breakfast Meeting
March 13th, 2020, 8.30 – 11.00
We are delighted to invite you to our next Mentoring Matters! Best Practice Meeting. At this breakfast meeting you will have the opportunity to learn and share about how mentoring matters and creates value for mentees, for mentors and for the organisations implementing mentoring programmes.
Mentoring is on top of the agenda at corporations today for several reasons:
- Mentoring increases retention and accelerates learning for both mentees and mentors.
- Mentoring facilitates mobility and visibility of talents across the organisation – strengthening the pipeline for succession and business critical roles.
- Mentoring increases cross-organisational communication and collaboration and foster innovative thinking.
Experience the Mentor+Game™ and see for yourself how it works!
The Mentor+Game™ is based on the theory of learning and the 10 situational mentor roles, all of which aim to strengthen the mentor/mentee-relationship.
During the breakfast meeting you will get a short introduction to modern mentoring and the Mentor+Game™. You will get first-hand experience by trying the Mentor+Game™ – an engaging educational tool, that involves the participants and enables shared reflections, constructive discussions, sharing of experiences and thus promoting a deeper understanding of themselves and the learning opportunities of mentoring.
