Our initiative in Denmark
The Female Board Pool is a platform that serves to establish contact between experienced/future female independent directors and companies in Denmark and other European countries like Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Belgium and The Netherlands. The Female Board Pool is connected internationally and based on the research of the Center for Corporate Governance at the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland under the responsibility of its Managing Director, Prof. Dr. oec. Martin Hilb,
The Initiative is managed outside Switzerland by the Luxembourg Non-Profit Organisation Maison du Coaching, Mentoring et Consulting a.s.b.l

- Professional support for the female board candidates through Mentoring and Coaching,
- Consulting to profit and non-profit organisations based on the Diversity Optima Principle of Prof. Dr. oec. Martin Hilb.
The International Female Board Pool initiative has a representative database of interested and competent female candidates in Denmark, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium.
