The first specially invited leaders participate in the Executive Business+Mentor training and join our exclusive network of Executive Business+Mentors. Several of these mentors are still part of the network today which now includes 50 active mentors across Denmark.
Spar Nord (the fifth largest bank in Danmark) is the first client to use the Mentor+Game™ in a training session for leaders to become mentors. Since then more than 10.000 mentors and mentees from all over the world have experienced the game in their mentoring training.

The first version of the Mentor's Many Roles is created by Kirsten M. Poulsen and used in training sesions. This is the official start of the Mentor+Game™ as a training tool. First in 2009 the big workshop cards were introduced.
From 2003 - 2004 the Mentor+Survey™ is developed and implemented as part of the research collaboration between Christian Wittrock and Kirsten M. Poulsen.
