Mentoring the mentors
Mentoring the mentors is a process that takes place in parallel with the mentors mentoring the mentees. This way the mentoring sessions for the mentors will focus on real, live experiences that the mentors have with their mentees.
Mentor/Mentee Toolbox - Online
We offer the online Mentor/Mentee Toolbox to support mentors and mentees at every stage of their mentoring journey. The tools are based on our Mentor+ approach and integrates with the Mentor+Game™.
Workbook for mentors and mentees
The Workbook for mentors & mentees provides participants with a tangible tool for their collaboration and includes a compact extract from the online toolbox. It provides mentors and mentees with a structures approach to prepare for their meetings and document their learning.
Evaluation & Benchmarking
The Mentor+Survey™ evaluates the mentoring process, the results of the mentoring process, the programme design as well as stakeholder engagement as perceived by the mentors and mentees. The survey also measures the satisfaction of mentors and mentees with specific aspects of the mentoring programme and their individual results.
