The Mentor+Universe™ is a state-of-the-art online mentoring platform developed by KMP+ House of Mentoring to support every stage of your mentoring journey. The Mentor+Universe™ provides a common platform for designing and implementing professional and effective mentoring programmes in organisations as well as a toolbox for mentors and mentees to accelerate their learning process.
The Mentor+Survey™ evaluates the mentoring process, the results of the mentoring process, the programme design as well as stakeholder engagement as perceived by the mentors and mentees. The survey also measures the satisfaction of mentors and mentees with specific aspects of the mentoring programme and their individual results.
The survey is conducted through the internet and is answered by all mentors and mentees. At the moment the Mentor+Survey™ exist in English, Danish, Norwegian and a Swedish.
We offer a pool of highly experienced “professional executive mentors”, with extensive business and industry experience. All our mentors are specifically chosen for their extensive professional knowledge and experience, and all have completed a comprehensive mentor training programme. They are leaders with at least 10 years of experience and have a proven track record in developing talents and achieving business results.
