Mentor+Game™ - a powerful tool for increasing the impact of mentoring programmes

The core of this accreditation training course is the Mentor+Game™ - with the 10 situational mentor roles - which can be used continously through the mentoring programme for training and learning events and provides learning and benefit for both mentors and mentees.

The Mentor+Game™ is an educational tool - based on the theory of experiential learning - that involves the participants and enables shared reflections, constructive discussions, sharing of experience and thus more than 10.000 mentors and mentees have trained with the Mentor+Game™.
