How can we create learning excellence through our role as facilitator/trainers? That is one of the main questions that we will answer in this webinar.

In the webinar you will learn about fundamental methods and gain practical perspectives on "how to facilitate learning" for others - no matter your organisational role or experience. You will learn about how to engage, involve, and create learning for any audience by how you position yourself and use facilitation skills as well as visuals and other learning enhancers. We will introduce methods and tools as well as provide space for plenary reflections and networking in breakout sessions.

Guest Speaker Jacob Sønderskov, owner of Dialogisk Design, is a consultant and facilitator with 10+ years’ experience in designing and facilitating learning events and training. Jacob works in public and private companies, where he is known for his energetic and engaging approach and practice of facilitating learning. With a high degree of involvement, he transforms theoretical and methodological perspectives into everyday practice.

Jacob is an accredited coach at Master Practitioner Level from EMCC, and is part of the Global Assessment team, training and assessing coaches worldwide.
