E-learning Training for Mentors and Mentees
When you have many mentors and mentees and wish to prepare them in an efficient and economical way or when you wish to encourage them to dig deeper into what mentoring is on their own, maybe in addition to online or classroom training, we provide self-paced e-learning modules.
The purpose of the e-learning modules is to
- Increase the readiness of mentors and mentees for mentoring.
- Provide an on-demand opportunity for each individual mentor/mentee to prepare more in depth at their own pace.
- Cover topics more in depht than possible in online workshops with all participants.
- Provide additional value to in-person training and kick-off.
