Mentoring offers one of the highest ROI when it comes to building bridges between cultures and communities. Mentoring is without a doubt one of the most cost-effective ways to help people achieve their goals. Additionally, many organisations use mentoring as an effective mean to retain talent in the organisation.
At the conference, the newest themes and applications that will make mentorprogrammes and the mentor/mentee relationship more effective, will be displayed.
Whether you are already engaged in mentoring or are planning to use mentoring as a tool for change, the conference in Brussels is an unique opportunity to explore both what works well, and less well. Additionally, the conference opens up for exploring new ideas and approaches to how mentoring can become a part of your organisation.
The Conference is both open for members and non-members of EMCC
