Ground rules and code of ethics are required for a solid foundation for a mentoring programme. In this webinar “The importance of ethic and confidentiality mentoring”, we will define and give examples of ground rules and codes of ethics, explain their importance for building healthy mentoring relationships, and recommend how to follow-up and ensure they are followed for the good of the participants and for the organisation.
